Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging and include proof of purchase.

Damages & issues

Inspect orders on arrival and contact us immediately for damaged or incorrect items so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned: perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges & Refunds

To exchange, return the original item and place a new order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection — processing time depends on your bank.
